StepFast Lifestyle Seminar (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Sick and tired of being sick and tired? Ready to shed those extra pounds and keep them off?
A StepFast Lifestyle Seminar will be held on Sunday afternoons 3:00PM - 5:00PM at Barnes Hall, Framingham Seventh-day Adventist Church, 252 Edgell Rd, Framingham, MA 01701.
The seminars will feature video presentations of preventive healthcare specialists. You'll receive scientific, Bible-based instruction in nutrition, exercise, and stress management. Samples of the recipes demonstrated will be served.
Sundays 5/6/2012 and 6/10/2012 from 3:00pm-5:00pm
You can find energy to StepFast!
Health care providers will be available to answer questions ateach session. Each session will include a fitness segment.

A $5.00 fee for each class includes seminar materials, recipes and samples. (can still attend if unable to pay)
